Riverwalk 2026 a Huge Success!

On Saturday, May 2nd the WSC team consisting of Club members, family, and friends met at Frame Park in Waukesha for the walk. It was a sunny, cool day perfect for a walk along the river. We met after the walk at the Schuetze Building for a luncheon. Jersey Mikes from the Shoppes in Fox Run provided sub sandwiches. Decorations were on loan from Chris March and gracious members donated fruit salad, cabbage salad, and pesto pasta salad. Dessert included homemade sunflower cookies for all in attendance.

We want to thank all of our 71 walkers and donors for helping us to reach our goal! We had set a lofty goal of $1,500 for the “Riverwalk for Cancer”. We exceeded our goal by raising $1,710! We had 48 Waukesha Service Club members participate on the WSC Team in walking and donating. We are so grateful for all of our Riverwalk team and hope that next year we can encourage more of our members, families, and friends to be a part of it. It is much fun for a great cause.
